Our assessment process is designed to provide a thorough understanding of your symptoms and needs:

Explore your mental health history, life context, and psychosocial patterns with our Doctor of Psychotherapy. -
Medical Evaluation (60 minutes):
Undergo a full medical assessment and ADHD diagnostic testing with our Family Physician (MD). -
Diagnosis & Treatment Planning (30 minutes):
Receive your diagnosis, a personalized treatment plan, and formal documentation, including workplace accommodation letters if needed.
Step 2
Integrated 1-Year ADHD Treatment Plan
Following diagnosis, you’ll transition into a comprehensive treatment phase:
